 Industrial Project / Oil & Energy Dept:
 Liaison with Ship-owners, operators, Charterers and Masters provide them highest standards of quality and consistency of service while placing particular emphasis on minimizing costs and trouble-free performance of their vessels in Port.
 Responsibilities includes, handling project shipments for OILFIELDS INDUSTRY:
Vessel Chartering for Iran & Iraq, Handling Break-Bulk shipments, Special Equipments movements like Flat Rack / Open Top containers.
 Maintaining monthly reports to be forward to department head.
 Provides support and assistance to the Operations Manager as and when called for, in the absence of regular supervision on the Operations Department.
 Correspondence & dealing with vessel agents, Clearing-Forwarding agents, Consignee, Importer, Exporter, Vessel Owner, Ship chandler, Protecting agents etc., for day to day operations & business development.
 Liaison with various Govt. Departments, Agencies and Corporate Houses. Answering of questionnaires to national & international delegates.
 Active role in Port Operations & Management. Co-ordination with all Government Officials for smooth port operation.
 HANDLED OIL & GAS/ENERGY customer’s details: - SCHLUMBERGER GROUP, HALLIBURTON, BAKER HUGHES, PETROFAC & J.RAY McDERMOTT, BJ SERVICES, TOTAL LUBRICANTS, JOHN CRANE Etc…
 Handled the operations part for DHL GLOBAL FORWARDING (DGF) stations.

 Handling the IMPORT & EXPORT FCL & LCL shipments, over 40 overseas agents with 200 top customers along with various teams

 Co-ordinating with DP World for get the container status.
