Monitors the traffic utilization of an access ring

Issue Methods of Procedure (MOP):
> for integration of new Huawei MSAN (Multi Service Access Node) and provided network configuration to implementers
> for DSL optimization to meet target number of ports in a year
> for NPD to meet the target RFS (combined MSAN and miniMSAN), OLT sites for FTTH services, and MDU sites for VDSL services in a year
> for completion of power redundancy for ALU 7450 ESS1 and ESS6 in Luzon
> for the provisioning of logical protection of MSANs
> for ALU 7450 ESS software upgrade
Ensures that the required parameters are ready prior integration (such as node definition on softswitch, vlan definition on 3750 switch and 7450 aggregator, etc)
Creates project folder which contains:
> records of number of integrated MSAN under phase 3 project
> updates on the network configuration and IP/VLAN database of Luzon
> as-built of Luzon
Releases Engineering Work Plan (EWP)
Coordinates with different stakeholders every activity to be implemented in Luzon
Coordinates with different vendors with regards to supply of equipment and services
Supports North Luzon and South Luzon technical support group on the knockdown test to ensure that the protection of MSAN cabinets is working
Prepares and consolidates the update of various sections in the team every week
Knowledgeable on MSAN basics (Huawei UA5000, Huawei MA5616)

Familiarization with L2 switch (ALU 7450 aggregator)
