Receives customers' requests by telephone or email, analyzes requests, provides information requested or determine who can provide the information, and routes the request to the site team. Assists in the day to day operation of other departments within the organization. Works with a minimum supervision on collection of overdue accounts. Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records. Coordinates and assists clients via email and phone. Ensuring collection targets are strictly met.
