• Hand-picked by Division Six Sigma Master Black Belt to lead company’s first-ever Lean/Six Sigma Deep Dive, which quickly implemented original Standard Work and Process Confirmation procedures. In just 3 months, production line change-over times plummeted by one standard deviation, and controllable waste decreased by over 16%.
• Reorganized and streamlined production workflow, resulting in annual continuous improvement savings of over $2.4M
• Increased focus on quality by executing new inspection practices for finished goods line operators. In 2010, this resulted in a 41% decrease in defects per million opportunities, as well as a 5% decrease in customer complaints.

• Managed propeller overhaul of 1, 500 Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, and Foreign Military Sales C-130 aircraft. Also directed a depot repair section, which carried out sheet metal restoration of all Air Force F-15, C-130, and C-141 aircraft.
