Main Duties: • Making HSE documents in every project.
• Employ the safety standards of U.A.E. rules and regulations.
• Identifying hazards and risk to the project area.
• Making risk assessments.
• Maintains and update the task sheet tool box talk.
• Daily inspection of PPE, Hand Tool Power tools, Plant and Vehicle.
• Checking first aid material, first box and first aid room.
• Update of necessary fire extinguisher status and validity.
• Inducts HSE Training for new comers.
• Effectively implement HSE control measures.
• Develop monitor and implement the organization's health and safety policy.
• Ensure the organization is compliant with health and safety legislation to Reduce or prevent hazards, dangers and accidents.
• Develop and implement policies Ensure policies and procedures are in place and enforced. Inspect the workplace for potential hazards, identify potential hazards, assess the risks and report potential hazards.
• Conduct drills such as fire drills and ensure equipment is properly functioning and every staff is aware of what to do in an emergency every 6 months.
• Conduct investigations respond to and investigate accidents and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance ensure the organization is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, conduct trainings with staff to make sure they are aware of regulations and procedures and provide guidance.

Projects Involved: High Rise Building, Bridges, Concreting of Roads and Highways.
Main Duties: • Efficiently and effectively do risk assessment in the immediate parameters of the construction site as well as identifying hazards and risks and reports them accordingly.
