● Reading, interpreting and Wiring of Schematic, Control, pneumatic diagram and electrical code specification to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installation.
● Hi-potential testing is performed to ensure conductivity of lugs connections, tapping solidity of cable, etc.
● High voltage, Medium Voltage cable splicing, tapping and termination using 3M Tape Method.
● Parameter setting, installation and troubleshooting of Variable Frequency Drive, Smart relay, different type of sensors and limit switches, Thermo controller, Timer, Contact relays, Magnetic contactor, different type of heater and other electrical electronics components required in the field of production.
● Protective breaker, overload relay and Micrologic trip unit is adjusted to its operational tripping load.
● Troubleshooting, repair, replace, installation and rewinding of motors, welding machines, transformers, synchronous motors and other electrical tools.
● Inspect the Product & Equipment such as MV & LV switchgear based on inspection checklist, Electrical Drawings in accordance with IEC & NEMA Standard.
● Conduct in-line testing of product and equipment as necessary and to issue the corrected as manufactured drawings to the Design department.
