- Acting as the first point of contact to all new joiners

- Assist the Talent Manager to rapidly target, identify, source, screen candidates and present high quality resumes for current and future needs of the organisation.

- Delivering the offer and relocation process outcomes for all identified hiring and managed movements of International Assignees and Rotator positions in line with business priorities using established global processes

- Maintaining daily schedule (calendar and travel) for HR Director & CEO (part time)
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, catering and arranging facilities for the department
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements including, but not limited to flight reservations, tickets, transportation at destination, hotel accommodations, travel authorizations and itineraries. Preparing and processing travel expense in Concur system, at the completion of trip
- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of various schedules, records, and files as necessary, including company records retention, Purchase Requisitions and monthly reconciliation of corporate Purchasing Card
- Coordinating ordering of various printed company documents and ordering of office supplies for the department
- Organising various team events for the department
