• Send manual payment to Dubai, UAE for payment processing. Once approved, prepare cheque payment, route for signatories then coordinate suppliers for pick-up.
• Archiving & retrievals of documents such as intercompany agreements, external agreement, legal documents customer contracts, master agreements & amendments, hard copy and electronic copies of invoices. Responsible to answer the archive related questions and/or request from the end-users.
• Update and monitor petty cash ledger and withdraw petty cash from local back on a monthly basis for replenishment. Ensure that all receipts, verification, forms are archive accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities (Facility Management Coordinator)
• Control Store rooms and stock and monthly orders and deliveries. Make sure all documents are in order and filed.
• Manage office consumables (office stationaries and pantry consumables, tracking when it is needed and how to minimize excess usage).
• Manage and supervise office boys according to their daily task.
• Carry out monthly recaps with office boys to perform daily checks of meeting rooms and office successfully and reporting failures and faults in a timely manner.
