Responsible for the Commissioning Management of MEP services and other related systems for Lusail boulevard project. Functional responsibilities includes the establishment of Commissioning management practices for the project, starting from the development of Commissioning plan and other commissioning related documentation works . Additionally responsible for the Authority approval process and project close out documentations. Follow up with Contractors and Consultants on several of Technical & Commissioning related activities. Project Management functions. Such as Schedule review, Preparation of Weekly progress reports, Scope management, Quality assurance, etc...
