Senior Mechanical Engineer Consultant specializing in Design review and Site Supervision of Buildings, Infrastructure, Plumbing (Potable, Storm, Sewer & Drainage), HVAC, V.R.F System, Chilled Water, Fire Fighting, Novec 1230 / FM 200, CO2, Ansul fire suppression, Irrigation, Swimming Pools, AWCS (waste management), Fuel Oil, Dock levelers and Elevator works as per all applicable codes & standards: ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, AWWA, SBC, IPC, etc.

• Reviewing design calculation of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Novec 1230, CO2 & BMS and conveying systems as per project specifications and Engineering codes & Standards. i.e ASHRAE, AWWA, SMACNA, NFPA, ASME, ASTM, SBC, IPC, etc.
• Analyzing problems in the design drawings and provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
• Review and approval of Specialities such as Fuel Oil, irrigation, Novec, Co2, Elevators etc to ensure compliance with the design intent.
• Review and approval of contractor’s materials submittals comprising technical literature, samples and mock-ups as appropriate to ensure international codes, standards & manufracturer recommendations.
• Review and approval of contractor’s shop drawing submittals, including calculations as appropriate to ensure compliance with the design intent.
• Review and approval of contractor’s method statements for specific construction operations for acceptability in relation to general adequacy and compliance with the design & impact on other work .
• Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the supervision works and monitors it for improvement.
• Supervision in installation of all mechanical equipments as per manufracturer recommended procedure i.e. Pumps, Fans, HVAC Units.
• Monitoring of contractor’s progress of works to ensure timely execution of work in accordance with the project schedule and in coordination with the work of other trades and disciplines.
• Integration of B.M.S & Fire Alarm as per project design.
• Reviews variations / change orders. Notifying clients for approval and other affected personnel of all changes as required.
• Develops O & M plans and standard operating procedures and conduct onsite training of personnel.
• Complience of warranty certificates of mechanical equipments.
• Testing & Commissioning of all Mechanical Services as per mechanical codes and standards i.e HVAC, Plumbing, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, Novec 1230, CO2 & Fuel Oil as per specialist .

• Consult, Inspect and approve of all site mechanical works
• Solving the problems on the site and making rectification as per the site conditions.
• Underground to high level including all plumbing activities, sewer, portable water, chilled water, firefighting, HVAC duct work, storm water line, Auto waste collection system (AWCS) & Installation of FCU, AHU units.
• Working on Villas, Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, Schools, Auditorium, Mosque, Malls, Swimming Pools and Infrastructure works. (ITCC Projects)
• Provide technical consultation to the Contractors
• Propose alternatives that improves the project technically / economically
• Organize, coordinate and lead follow up weekly meetings, status of work and provide solution to design discrepancies.
• Verify the fulfilment of contractual clauses from the contractors and have the necessary means to effectively execute the works.
• Authenticate contractors and sub-contractors comply with health and care regulations.
• Follow up of the construction quality in accordance of the project standards.
• Lead testing and commissioning as Mechanical Engineer

• Reviewing the Project Specifications & Requirements of the project.
• Preparing the complete details plan for all the uipments required for the project as per the usage.
• Water pumps - Portable, Irrigation, Chilled Water & Submersible Pumps
• G.R.P Tanks, Sewage Treatment Plant equipment’s.
• Selection of the Pumps, Tanks according as per the data provided by the Contractor.
• Making Complete Technical Proposal for all the proposed Equipments,
• Preparing Costing of the complete equipments proposed for the project.
• Preparing Submittals for the proposed equipments
• Making Final Offer for the Projects.
• Providing Technical guidence regaring equipments to the contractor/consultants.
• Providing Technical clarifications for installation of all Equipments as per manufracturers recommendations.
• Witnessing Testing & Commissioning of all equipments as per standard manufracturer recommended procedures .

• Modeling of the piping on Ceaser Software as per the project requirments
