Determined and defined project scope, objectives and risks. Prepared budget based on scope and requirements. Monitor progress and implemented adjustments as needed. Measured project performance to identify areas for improvement, developed and managed a detailed projects schedules and work plans. Negotiated strategies for subcontracts, maintenance agreements and after sales follow-up.

In charge of fabrication and installation of pre-insulated duct projects. My duties included: shop drawings, CNC cutting machine, coordination with main/sub-contractor for any modifications and variations, materials supply chain logistics, quantities take-off, testing and hand-over. Supervised the assembly and installation of heating systems, commissioning and hand-over of solar central systems up to 60 collectors and Oil/Gas boilers up to 1450 KW and for small residential heat-pumps up to 35 KW. Oversaw the contracting plans for Electro-Mechanical work including quotations, planning, budgeting, cost control, and procurement.

Coordination and supervision of electrical / mechanical work for construction projects. Solved technical issues, provided advice, prepared plans and reports/ Installed and maintained electro-mechanical components. Prepared shop drawings. Attended regular
meetings with contractor and MEP consultants. Lead a major project for a 12-floors commercial building, my responsibilities included: implementation of Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical works.

Lead a team of subcontractors through design, development and shop drawing phases. Reviewed contract/bid documentation and advised the Project Manager on technical matters impacting timeline and costs. Assisted in Quantity Take-Off for tenders. Supervised the manufacturing and production of electromechanical components, on-site installation. Electrical control system with PLC implementation. Lead the process of electromechanical testing, quality-assurance and commissioning.
