IT and Help Desk Engineer
1- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
2- Finding solutions to problems and fixing a major fault on the operating system and replacing parts as required.
3- Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.
4- Log all calls in the HP Service Manager system.
5- Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team.
6- Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
