responsible for mechanical team and work management
• Making Inspection for Materials before installation (with the approved Submittals).
• Reviewing the IFC drawing (Tender) and preparing shop drawing.
• Preparing daily inspection in sequence with the work, prior to Hold Point Report (H.P.R.) or (R.F.I.). And all types of submittals.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, activity and Monthly progress report.
• Estimating the Actual material required for the activities.
• Estimating the Quantities and making Take off materials and Budget.
• Reviewing Quantities and preparing invoices for the mechanical items.
• Handling of shop drawing and coordination drawing with other systems.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
• Supervising and monitoring the site labor force through General Foreman and Supervisors.
• Monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
• Managing Coordination with other electrical, civil & architectural departments.
• Planning and making schedule for the work efficiently and organizing the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
• Preparing necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
• Handling Mechanical engineering site inspections for Plumbing, Fire Fighting and HVAC works.
• Preparation and follow up submittals concerning in quality control department such as (Piping Design, Method Statements, Material submittals, Work procedures and ITPs) reporting QA/QC Manager.
• Reviewing Mechanical work drawings according Project Technical Specifications.
• Checking all piping work before handling over to the consultant to achieve high Quality.
• Manage work with mechanical supervisors.
• Supervising the erection of the equipment.
• Install underground piping utilities for the plant.
• Coordinate relation with other electrical, civil & architectural departments.
• Provide exist subcontractors and equipment which necessary to finish works on time.
• Coordinate between site work and design office work according to the priority and Schedules.
• Checking all piping work before handling over to the consultant to achieve high Quality According to standards complying with the specs.
• Provide progress and manage activities related plumbing, drainage system, HVAC and firefighting system installation according to plan.
• Prepare RFI and MSF documents to submit to consultant or employer and Make comparison between supplier's products technical data.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Install underground piping utilities for the quay.
Manage work with coordinate mechanical supervisors.
Manage shifts between all technicians and plumbers.
Install various types of piping like PVC, PPR and CI.
Checking all piping work before handling over to the consultant.
Achieve high Quality According to standards complying with the specs.
• Handling with any mechanical or production problem.
• Preparing the production line for preventive maintenance.
• Making reports about the work and products.
• Managing work of workers and technicians.
• Responsible for quality and productivity of soap products.
EDUCATION: Faculty of Engineering Suez Canal University. B.Sc. in Engineering, Mechanical Power Department - 2008. AVERAGE GRADUATION GRADE: Pass (60%) FINAL YEAR PROJECT: Study of wave propagation of flame combustion in shock tube. FINAL YEAR PROJECT GRADE: Excellent.
