9. Develop the man-hour rates for some activities in PMS (Progress Measurement System) that needs further details for approval by Client.
10. Analyze Petty Cash utilization in coordination with Accounts Department and Admin Department.
11. Gather required data from other departments to capture all cost to be accrued and considered in Monthly Report.
12. Coordinate with Subcontractors regarding estimated invoices and coordinate with concerned departments to validate such information as necessary prior to inclusion in monthly accruals.
13. Extract data from EZware and JDE (Oracle) for analysis and as basis in preparation of Monthly Cost Report.
14. Conduct actual Site inspection to have a clearer picture of the current physical status of the project.
15. Assist the construction management in evaluation of quotations from suppliers in order to achieve the most economical option (based on actual remaining budget) whether to rent or to purchase the required materials in order to get final approval from the project manager.
16. Coordinate with Site Managers/Supervisors and meet with foremen and timekeepers when needed to further convey necessary information to align proper man hour reporting in EZware.
17. Forecast Cost to complete as per actual balance of work in coordination with Planning and QS.
18. Classification of all incoming invoices (Internal/External) in coordination with Accounts Department and Contracts/QS Department.
19. Perform other duties required by immediate superior or higher management as necessary.

2. Prepare Project Cost Codes based on existing system being practiced by the Department.
3. Perform on-site monitoring of on-going activities and evaluate actual productivity rates for manpower & equipments.
4. Review scope of works indicated in BOQ and compare with IFC (Issued for Construction) and latest Drawings to identify discrepancies that may lead to Variation Order or simple internal adjustment of budget.
