- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Working on an HR system called Akrebia system linked with the payroll in which through this system we can make all updates of employee personal and financial data.

- Invoicing of all expenses of employees and handing it to the finance department
