HR Supervisor April 2015 - Present

- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Working on an HR system called Akrebia system linked with the payroll in which through this system we can make all updates of employee personal and financial data.
- Payroll duties:
• Responsible for the overall processing of payroll • Payroll filing • Payroll month end responsibilities
- Preparing The Action Plan for the whole year .
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Working on Employees Evaluation with the Head of Each Department and prepare the last report.
- To check the entire employee’s data regarding salaries and allowances on the HR system after they are filled by the department’s employees.
- Preparing Staff Handbook.


HR Coordinator Sep 2012 - March 2015

- Handling all the medical insurance process for the employees such as issuance & cancellation of medical insurance, invoicing etc.
- Filing of all employees documentation and updating it, whenever necessary
- Invoicing of all expenses of employees and handing it to the finance department
- analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Preparation of official Company letters.
- Preparing hiring paperwork (Job Offer - Employee Contract)
- Calculating the End Of Service as per the labour Law (Resignation - Termination)
- GOSI System (Registration and remove the employees - prepare the invoices every month and handling to the finance department )
