Leading and managing a broad range of activities associated with pre-design, design, pre-construction, construction (including all phases), close out, occupancy and warranty enforcement.
•Acting as project contact and liaison on all matters related to project design and construction that including but not limited to prepare/attend meetings and conferences with client, authorities, contractors and specialists. Establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
•Managing multiple projects in varying phases of design/construction, interpreting plans, specifications, or other data to solve difficult problems requiring substantial evaluation, analysis, and modification or adoption of standard techniques or methods.
•Preparing and issuing Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Project Management Plan (PMP) as per company standards and Client requirements as well as developing the project organization chart showing the lines of authority and interrelationships of key personnel and activities on the project. Continually reviewing the project organization and recommending adjustments to suit actual project needs.
•Managing the team of the project to ensure objectives are met and staff are supported and motivated. Developing project team that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables.
•Managing, monitoring and coordinating all key aspects of the project, including but not limited to, cost, value, risk, logistics, neighbour relations, safety, quality, M&E, design and environment.
•Establishing and monitoring appropriate project operating procedures and systems, specifically ensuring management plan is being followed and adhered to and the project to be delivered to the agreed budget, time and quality standards.
•Overseeing the preparation and approval of the project schedule and establish procedures for monitoring, controlling, and reporting project progress throughout its life. Agreeing in short terms/ micro schedules with the contractor and ensuring all schedules are kept up to date.
•Managing the delivery of the entire project and tracking the project performance and procurement of materials against approved schedule, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and to ensure the work is delivered on time, within budget and to very high quality standards.
•Producing project reports for issue to client on a weekly and monthly basis and to report on project progress and performance highlighting all risks with recommend corrective action where necessary.
•Reviewing and approving contractor’s plans and procedures regularly and enforce to revise them as necessary to keep the project current and avoid any risk on time or cost.
•Setting up regular and clear lines of communication to address issues, which may arise. Establishing and monitoring all channels of communication among all key participants in the work. Setting up and chairing regular site progress/technical meetings/workshops and preparing minutes of meetings as required.
•Managing the sub-consultants and the quality of their delivery. Managing the site coordination and supporting all on site quality control, coordination of benchmarks and liaison with the construction supervision team.
•Overseeing that the highest standards of HSE are considered and implemented as a priority by all parties through all stages of the project and ensuring safe project working practices/environmental are adhered to by all site personnel and contractors.
•Reviewing and providing the approval on all construction documents including document submittals, material, site inspection checklists, detailed design proposals, method statements requests for information...etc.
•Managing the project commercial aspects as required, evaluating projects’ changes, variation orders and assessing the contractors’ interim and final payments.
•Ensuring close out and practical completion schedules are completed and issued. Managing close-out activities, including commissioning, issuing completion certificates and handing over to operations and maintenance.

PROJECT: AL KHOR EXPRESSWAY
| ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURES & BRIDGES
CLIENT: PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY- ASHGHAL
Summary: The carriageways of Al-Khor Expressway are divided by a central median which includes provision for the Qatar Rail Metro Red Line. The scope includes 25 KM of each wet and dry utilities, road and earthworks, landscape and 1.2KM underground reinforced concrete tunnel.

PROJECT: AL BIDDA PARK
| BUILDINGS, ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURES & LANDSCAPE
CLIENT: PRIVATE ENGINEERING OFFICE-PEO
Summary: The project covers about (2, 000, 000) square meters of landscaping area with full infrastructure networks underneath additional to (8) eight underground car parks covering 6, 000 parking spaces. The scope includes wide number of public service facilities, ancillary buildings, large gymnasiums including one for women, in addition to outdoor exercise equipment, open-air playgrounds, walkways, plus a children's play area, tennis courts, outdoor gym and an open theatre for 850 spectators, as well as tracks for bicycles, horses and camels. The scope covers also internal road works, (6) six underpasses and (1) one steel pedestrian bridge.

PROJECT: PARADE PAVILION CELEBRATION
| BUILDING, ROADS & LANDSCAPE
CLIENT: PRIVATE ENGINEERING OFFICE-PEO
Summary: The project is located at Al Bidda Park and consist of single-story concrete building designed for VVIP & VIP in the Qatari architectural style to cater to special events on the Cornish area of Doha city. Additional to the building the scope includes the prestigious “Red Asphalt Road” and shaded seating area that covered by the biggest steel structure canopy in the whole region of middle east.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER at KEO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS

Communicated directly with the contractor, observed, inspected construction activities and issued orders/directions to correct any activities, work, materials and/or machine/equipment which are not in compliance with the Contract.
•Directed, supported and monitored performance of supervision team working on the construction of works including the site engineers, inspectors and surveyors.
•Provided recommendations to the client for contractor’s payments, settlement of accounts, claims, variation orders and the issuance of instructions involving financial matters.
•Reviewed, approved and controlled the baseline schedule of works and coordinated with the Contractor on scheduling and application of resources.
•Oversaw/ reviewed shop/working/as-built drawings, design proposals, method statements, material submissions, any requests for information relating to the construction works and provided advice/recommendation on contractual and construction matters.
•Supervised, reviewed, monitored and reported on progress of the works, checked and measured performed works, recorded actual progress against planned and prepared progress reports as required.
