Management of a department of five services. Maintenance budget of 7 Mio$ & 62 employees including 5 senior service managers
Management of a production of 1.8 Mio tones cement, an operating budget of 5 Mio$ & 49 employees including 2 senior service managers. Environmental monitoring and reporting of the plant
Optimization of the manufacturing process and production of industrial cement balances. Responsible for perpetuation of the Integrated Management System (Certification ISO 9001 & 14001 combined).
Responsible for implementation of Integrated Management System (Certification ISO 9001 & 14001 combined) at Fesand Oujda plant.
Management of preventive maintenance, monitoring indicators and MAC system.
