Consistently tracks and monitors all project milestones and deliverable. Maintain the Project progress dashboard, highlighting key deliveries and risks, making the same known to key stakeholders
Working closely with external vendors and implementation partners in the development and deployment of integrated systems and tactical approaches that deliver high impact solutions.
Ensures high levels of satisfaction among the users on all projects and initiatives
Implemented on premise Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) (Financials, Procurement)
Manage all contracts and service agreements with multiple vendors and systems integrators
Manage the technology spend, prepare budgets and manage procurement of IT assets
Develop, implement and continuously improve the IT vision, strategy, policies, structure and plans to meet the demands of the wider strategic and commercial objectives of the company
Implementation of Oracle EBS projects for various clients in industries like banking, real estate and insurance
Manage customer relationship for respective accounts post project delivery
Assist sales on new customer acquisitions, respond to RPFs, conduct pre-sales discussions and product demos
Development and roll out of the Branch Automation system at the various branches of the bank in UAE, Qatar
Work closely with branch managers and heads of departments like Operations, Finance and Administration
Implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle ERP project for the bank and it subsidiaries
Built a two-way interface between the Oracle Financial modules and core banking application
Development and implementation of banking applications
Trained in Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC processes, tools and techniques
