MARKETING:
• Prepare seasonal look book with pictures for each brand.
• Prepare seasonal Fashion Show look book with pictures for each brand as well as all the details: style number, color ordered, sizes and Prices.
• Attending marketing meetings and giving ideas and feedback.
• Doing store visits and walks, giving advice on the visual and items disposition.
MECHANDISING:
• Complete the Purchase documentation function in receiving import shipments from various suppliers
• Prepare Checklist in coordination with Traffic department and Division prior to cargo arrival
• Ensure all state, customs and other applicable regulations are followed while fulfilling customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Traffic department / WHS / Division & Accounts upon cargo arrival to proceed with cargo receiving.
• Coordinate with accounts for release of product for sales after approval of Item cost.
• Track, monitor and evaluate KPIs of documentation turn around lead time to reduce shipment release time and improve Customer Satisfaction
• Ensuring Quality management system is implemented as per the procedures and processes.
• Records management and maintenance of shipment files.
• Receive purchase orders and enter divisions Purchase Orders upon requisition
• Submit supplier’s original documents duly stamped and legalized to forwarders for clearance as and when required
• Issue consignments GRN prior to the goods arrival at the warehouse
• Upload consignments based on the warehouse team completion of the GRN
• Monitor and report shortages/excesses/damages
• Prepare comparative and sell-through reports for analysis purposes by using Infoview software.
• Create offer cards for each location through Navision system
• Prepare Transfer report of best selling goods for each location.
• Responsible of handling special customer’s requests.
MERCHANDISING & MARKETING:
• Develop the framework of analysis and recommend inventory levels
• Prepare purchase forecasts, purchase orders and track inventory levels
• Coordinate closely with the buyer to ensure fulfillment of the budget in term of purchase of all forecasted lines
• Prepare detailed sales performance reports for the designed brands
• Develop a consolidated annual purchase plan for all handled brands.
• Generate or help develop tools to train shop floor teams on market trends of new collections
• Manage stock at hand to optimize the sell through of the collection to reach the agreed upon target
• Responsible for re-orders if needed
• Follow up on the margins of all products and report any discrepancy to Division Manager
