- Provide my company with many kinds of services, such as Obtaining NOC’s, and coordinating with governmental authorities in order to obtain their approvals.
- Processing an excellent relationships with government authorities
- A well-presented, polite, tactful and friendly individual who is able to combine a polite manner with razor-sharp efficiency.
- Excessive Experience and relationship with all the governmental authorities in Dubai, like (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Etisalate, DU).
- Obtain Construction’s No Objection Certificates for all types of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for various kinds of services, approvals and permissions.
- Liaise with consultants and clients to obtain immediate and important information's and perform working tasks effectively.
List of running projects which I am obtaining their NOCs:
- DS 146 AL Barsha South 2&3 Sewerage and Drainage System - Phase 1 for Dubai Municipality.
- DS 138/3 Nad El Shiba 4, Sewerage and Drainage (C617) Gravity Network for Dubai Municipality.
- PT-116 Road and Infrastructure works at Dubai Industrial City, for Tamdeen.
- Down Town Dubai Development - Miscellaneous Infrastructure Works, for EMAAR.
- Handle the RTA-NOC’s website, and coordinate with all governmental authorities in order to obtain their approvals.
- Excessive Experience and relationship with all the governmental authorities in Dubai, like (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Etisalate, DU).
- Obtain Construction No Objection Certificates for projects.
- Renew the existing NOCs for the running projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for various kinds of approvals and permissions.
