Improving the efficiency of services offered by RC to the public and increase the productivity, and accountability in various sectors.
Maintain close performance management and reporting the progress and improvements to Director general.
Responsible for the Community affair’s annual budget and master plan as a part of the Royal commission forward planning and budgeting.
Development of the "Human Resources Development Institute" to a Technical College, Design and development of appropriate curriculum, Leading all the Administrative, personnel & human resources, and procurement Affairs, Fully responsible to liaise on all aspects of the work with the Royal Commission, industries, Universities, manpower council, and the "General Organisation for Technical Education & vocational Training."
Introduce and Develope Job certification programs, Develop manpower Registration Criteria and Organize National on the Job training at the privet sector.
Helped Promote Saudi Nationals on the Job training activities and Manage private sector training Subsidy.
Train Saudis Department staff.
Supervision of Curriculum and media development; Training (O.J.T systems) and Organizational management for technical &Vocational education.
