WDI, a division of Weatherford International Limited, is a leading land drilling contractor with a fleet of One Hundred and Ten (110) land drilling units of various sizes and types. Through recent acquisitions, WDI has gained over sixty years of South American, Middle Eastern, North African, and European drilling experience and currently has operations in Australia, Romania, Austria, Ukraine, Russia, Venezuela, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, Libya and Saudi Arabia. In addition, WDI is able to provide extensive managerial and technical support in all areas of onshore operations from their headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and their regional offices in Houston, USA and Kula Lumpur, Malaysia.

I was endowed with optimum strength and competencies to successfully pursue and achieve our WDI re-structuring objectives and strategy. This ensured Weatherford sustainable development by further strengthening on leading position in big Weatherford core business and competitiveness. My target was reached by making a fleet of 9 rigs (work load capacity between 100 and 200 MT) operable in Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Austria.
Since September 2010 to date, I have been assigned a position of an Eastern Europe Business Development Manager for the Weatherford International Eastern Europe S.R.L. The region plan was to encourage all our critical sales teams to focus on revenue and profitability. Therefore, we don't only meet our targets, but we also build on our success to achieve our growth potential across the region and across all product line (s) . I was focusing on particular product line (s) to be incentivized to identify opportunities within our client base for Weatherford product line (s), including: Drilling (more specifically: directional drilling services, drilling with casing systems, rental drilling tools, and tubular running services), Cased Hole & Open Hole wireline services, Completion, Production, and Intervention.
Furthermore, my duty comprised a Petroleum Consulting (PC) group which is fully equipped and motivates to act as World Class in optimizing production and improving field development efficiency. PC acts as a high speed vehicle for delivering greater value both to our external clients and WFT's internal subsurface business. PC is a talent intensive business where people and their fit to scope tools (software) deliver value via integrated Reservoir Management (RM) actions.

Setegi Thermax Systems was formed in Canada (Montreal) in 1971 with a view to serve as a focal point for providing requisite technology & services for the oil & gas sector. Setegi Thermax Systems in UAE has since provided many pioneering services to the oil & gas industry and to the industrial sector. First, through the gas heating solution turn-key projects (combustion technology) and secondly by sponsorship of world renowned companies, as agent/representative of several international renowned American & European companies, whereby successfully offered parts, equipment and services to the oil industry. As General Manager I have adopted open door policy with proper hierarchy command systems, Managed big amount of sales (order from a different Oil/Gas Organization) with completion milestones of challenging nature that require dynamic decision-making character with risk-assessment, special planning (CPM, contingency, acceleration justification) and QS e.g., techniques provisional budget, as the Engineering progresses simultaneously with procurement and construction ( when & in case of supply the complete and comprehensive systems of combustion equipment dealt as EPC)

GISCO is one of the leading electro-mechanical- Fire & security protection contractors in UAE. GISCO field of expertise is installation & maintenance covers but not limited to rotating equipment: gas turbine, diesel generator, pumps & compressors. Industrial projects: sewage pumping station, industrial automation, HV/LV systems, switch gears, fuel complexes, gas system & TABREED projects (district cooling plants & distribution) . As General Manager, I was responsible for the day to day management of the operating company in accordance with the policies & procedures and to promote the sale of all product and services to achieve budgeted sale & profitability.
