• Leading the Sales Activities within the organization, Airport Systems (Landside, Terminal and airside) and ICT and Network Solutions, Building Technology including GRMS, Security Solutions CCTV and Access Control
• Setting processes and monitoring tools to Digitalize the Tendering Department and enhance Efficiency and Performance
• Actively working with the Sales and Tendering Team to ensure proper submissions, on time and budget
• Review division targets and ensure accuracy in forecasting and achieving budgets

• Supporting key customers (Sales and Execution) in Oil and Gas, Utilities, Industries by offering MV and LV Switchgear and Transformer solutions in a containerized system
• Product and Systems include Switchgear, Frequency Converters, Power Conditioning and Power Protection Products (Low and Medium Voltage) and providing Customers with correct solutions to meet their Power Distribution and Power challenges (Power Backup (UPS LV/MV, Voltage conditioning and Reactive Power Compensation for Energy Efficiency Purposes and optimization)
• Directly responsible for delivering key projects: 4nos DEWA 132/11kV SS, EMAL Substation Expansion, Etihad Paper Mill- AUH, Dubai Metro
• Managing a team with full Profit and Loss responsibility
• Forecast estimates and working towards achieving targets
• Manage budget of sales, revenues and collection
• Project reviews, including cash flow and variations
• Sales and Tendering Review, ensuring right offering and value-added services
Responsible to promote and sell 50/60Hz Frequency Converters, Power Conditioning and
Power Protection Products in various sectors (Utilities, Industries, Ports, Military and
Commercial Market), EV Chargers and Solar Inverters directly and through channel partners
* Leading the Data Center Initiative in the region, promoting all ABB product and solution in
the Middle East and Africa
* Manager for Integration between ABB and Power One for solar PG.
Sales responsibility of solutions and service
* Meeting Client Requirement in terms of Budget and Time and Quality
* Meetings with Clients and Suppliers on regular basis and maintaining healthy relationships
* Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the Region
* Managing sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and exceed corporate-set goals
* Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
* Assisting sales personnel in their techniques through presentations of strategies, seminars and
regular meetings
