Prema Group Vice President Duties
Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction
Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executive leaders including assisting senior directors and managers
Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the group’s business such as developing the strategic marketing plan, in addition to implementing the overall strategic direction
Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and contributing to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans
Overseeing the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
Evaluating the success of the organization
Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry development and standards
Organization quality control and KPIs management

Integrating PremaGroup companies functions
Developing sister companies specialization Vs. Integration strategies
Developing cross-selling strategies between group companies
Getting involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level
Assisting upper management in setting goals that promote the Prema Group’s growth
Overseeing projects daily operations of the organization
Preparing budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed
Providing advice and guidance to departments and employees
Managing team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
Developing plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Improving existing systems and policies
Managing customer satisfaction and getting involved in key or targeted customer activities
Working closely with other departments to promote efficiency
Identifying improvement areas and plans
Executing plans designed to meet organization’s goals
Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
Planning and controlling change
Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments

2. Community Management
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy
Leading the development of organization’s social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement
Social media customer care and support (Social CRM)
3. Content Creation and Management
Managing content from product owners and executing it in a social media compatible format
Designing applications that serve the customers and build a long-lasting relationship with the company
Working with all the company stakeholders to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
Social media crisis management
4. Social Outreach
Conducting the proper reporting system to keep the company up-to-date with the social media sphere
Build solid relationship with social media influences.
Applying market research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends
5. Digital Marketing
Developing and implementing digital strategies with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs
Managing key marketing channels including: SEO, SEM, media, email marketing, and mobile marketing
Reporting, analysis, and on-going optimization
Researching, identifying and implementing new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities
Ongoing planning and implementing customer acquisition activities
Managing digital activities with external suppliers and agencies

Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, on-page website optimization, link building and other off-page optimization, pay-per-click advertising
Social Networking, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter, whereby successfully establish an effective presence on these services and others, which truly deliver return on investment
Reputation Management by monitoring the web for comments about the company and its products or services
Email Marketing, building an email list and managing it; emails design and writing; and campaigns tracking and monitoring
Mobile Advertising
Website Management
Owning the successful delivery of the project and ensuring client’s acceptance
Producing and maintaining key documents related to each project including all project plans, schedule, documents, development approach, and other guidelines
Managing and Monitoring project using task management and prioritization tools
Tracking, measuring, and reviewing project progress. This includes adjusting
plans and communicating change
Managing communications related to the project - to and from the client as
well as internally - with all stakeholders
Managing client satisfaction
Managing escalation of issues as appropriate and being responsible for their successful resolution
Managing the change request process, including related communications, project plan adjustments, resource allocation, and client invoicing
Pre-Sales support
Working with upper management to identify the resources that are required
to successfully deliver the project requirements and manage budget
Doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Developing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) plans for clients
Building Products Using HTML/CSS/JS/PHP/MySQL and other front-end technologies
Developing and deploying applications using cross platform technologies and cross browser environment
Documenting project builds and maintenance
Building user interfaces and prototypes from wireframes and designs
Working on different development and debugging tools to debug cross browser issues
Following and implementing industry accepted best practices and tools
Solid Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Updating Current Websites to Meet Modern Web Standards
