1. Leases and Rental cheques: Getting approval from legal department for legal documents, preparing leases and following up for signed leases and rentals cheques as per mall policy. Also collecting payment from existing tenants as per signed leases.
2. System Operation: Updating leases and tenants records in JD Edward system and taking reports to follow up payments
3. Tenants Coordinator: Coordinating with 200 mall tenants to maintain the standard inside the stores. Also coordinate architectural & maintenance department for any store renovation/ newly store work to assist the tenant to open the store on due date. Also issuing the site permit to the tenants with approvals of concern departments upon their request to maintain shopping mall standard.
4. Concept Prospect: Meeting with the clients, receiving the prospect/ profiles as per mall standard and forward to concern.
5. Document Controller: Maintaining tenant filing systematically and filing the documents like contracts, memos, letters and emails in tenant specified files. Also keeping valid legal documents updated.
