• Provide end to end outsourcing and managing of strategic partnerships and privileges programs of banks and large corporates viz. Mashreq Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Barclays, and Etisalat Rewards etc.
• Design and build customer incentive and loyalty marketing programs for Clients
• Prepare proposals and present to the prospective Client Banks, Corporates to obtain business
• Once received mandates from the Clients as per the budgets and marketing strategy
• Prepare proposals based on the requirements to be sent to the Merchant.
• Work with Merchants from all the major sectors including airline, hotel, hospitality, retail, luxury brands and technology.
• Visit key important merchants & provide them with company background, future prospects and match their requirements with the Client requirements for mutual benefits.
• Negotiate and close the deals after Client approvals
• Lead the other team members to obtain contribution and close the mandates in a timely manner
• Create and manage content on the CMS system for clients on time to time basis.
• Prepare the invoices and maintain the records of the agreements.
• Handle Client Complaints and Queries.
• Create and maintain merchant database
• Drive innovation and successfully place our clients ahead of others in internet marketing, social media, mobile and other digital spaces.
• Conceptualize redemption programs and if required manage the same for our valued clients.
