• Managing Business operations with focus on top line and bottom line performance
• Devising marketing/ advertising plans and exploring marketing opportunities or business volume & revenue.
• Analyzing market response on product performance for product improvisations.
• Identifying strategy, sales channels for business plans.
- Overseeing of day-to-day operations w.r.t. Hotel reservations, managing contracts of hotels, handling tours, accounts correspondence for payments.
- Organizing & officiating meetings, conferences with Tour Companies. And other Excursion Suppliers.
- Keeping track on the credit limit of the clients and makes sure the set procedures and followed in case of credit enhancement
- Assisting clients in determining their itineraries & travel plans, offering them most competitive travel solutions.
- Managing customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality service.
- Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances for superior customer service.
