Handle crew related matter in 09 bulk carrier vessel's crew there are indian, Ukrainian, Filipino etc., onboard. Job Description as below:

1.Make annual budget for Tanker and Bulk Vessel's.
2.Plan crew changes ( crew relief and crew joining)
3. Agency Appointment. ( Negotiate and finalize agency related charges)
4. Arrange CTM to the vessel.
5. Finalize officer/ratings contract (salary, contract period etc., )
6. Apply ITF/MUI/CBA for Indian/Filipino/Ukraine crew.
7. Clear monthly DA of manning agents.
8. Arrange coveralls for onboard crew.
9. Maintain Shipmate database and Shipnet entries.
10. Make crew travel arrangements.

1. Sourcing new candidates.
2. Crew Retention.
3. Liaise with head office(Mumbai) regarding crew changes.
4. Apply flag state documents for joining crew.
5. Apply required transit visa including US visa for the crew.
6. Plan senior officer as per required tanker matrix.
7. Negotiate and finalize crew wages as per company terms.
8. Maintain chennai branch office staff details for labour inspection.
9. Organize Wallem get together and Seminar.
10.Over all incharge for tanker operations at Chennai Branch.
