Handle crew related matter in 09 bulk carrier vessel's crew there are indian, Ukrainian, Filipino etc., onboard. Job Description as below:
1.Make annual budget for Tanker and Bulk Vessel's.
2.Plan crew changes ( crew relief and crew joining)
3. Agency Appointment. ( Negotiate and finalize agency related charges)
4. Arrange CTM to the vessel.
5. Finalize officer/ratings contract (salary, contract period etc., )
6. Apply ITF/MUI/CBA for Indian/Filipino/Ukraine crew.
7. Clear monthly DA of manning agents.
8. Arrange coveralls for onboard crew.
9. Maintain Shipmate database and Shipnet entries.
10. Make crew travel arrangements.
