Job Responsibilities:
• Designs, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
• Involved in full life cycle of recruitment from vacancy identification, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, offering, negotiation and on-boarding.
• Managing a recruiting pipeline including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, managing assessing, and managing referral and post-offer processes.
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
• Acts as a single point of contact for clients regarding recruitment. Understanding clients requirement and discussing position requirement with the line managers.
• Leading team handling and day to day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, assessing, and reporting.
• Assisting in developing budgets and short-term forecasts for different types of plans (e.g., sourcing plans, pipeline plans, and management budgets).
• Handling diversified portfolio of clients across various industries. (e.g., construction, real estate, Finance, Engineering, Government Organizations, FMCG etc.)
• Monitoring the performance and KPIs of the department and ensuring successful achievement of the objectives.
• Successfully handled nationalization programs with major government and semi government companies in UAE.\
• Involvement with ongoing Emiratisation initiatives, including UAE National graduate and undergraduate programs.
Headhunting and sourcing.
Identifying, screening, interviewing potential candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified candidates.
Advertising positions.
Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Managing company database in the internal software, following internal reporting system.
Preparing Management reports.
Responsible for client acquisition, Recruitments, sourcing, Planning and Implementing.
Handling client requirement and giving potential candidate.
Handling entire recruitment process for Banking, Insurance, FMCG and construction Organizations.
Specializes in Engineering profiles, construction and Banking & Mass hiring.
To take care of various public relation activities practiced by the organization for data base maintenance.
Developing HR Strategies for organizations welfare.
Handling training & development for the candidates, designing employee development policy for organizations.
