• Attend and coordinate all operational matters for NVOCC Import for Ocean & Air/Sea Freight as well as all relevant documentation requisites, collection / release of Delivery Orders, Freight to the extent of liaising with shippers / receivers / brokers, bonded warehouse, Riyadh Dry Port office and other shipping agents.
• File maintenance and upkeep of all incoming / outgoing documents and correspondences related to NVOCC / Air Freight jobs
• Taking the responsibilities/replacing of Logistics ops manager duty during his business travel & vacation.
• Prepare Sea/Air Freight quotations, as and when required.
• Negotiate with service providers regarding most economical transportation costs.
• Prepare needed documents for customs clearance. Ocean/house bill of lading, AES/ISF filing, certificate of origin, packing list and commercial invoice. Documents against Letters of Credit.
• Communicate service issues to client and management with ability to resolve and follow through.
• Coordinate and arrange Riyadh bound cargo / shipment with local agents in Dammam.
• Inform Principles through Local Agents for container(s) status for further disposal at their principal’s instructions.
• Reconciliation of Logistic job accounts with Finance Dept, as and when required.
• Maintain and promote good relations with agencies and other shipping agents for mutual business / benefits.
