The role involved reviewing and approving design and engineering drawings submitted by the contractor for a design-and-build project, including shop drawings for various elements like fit-out, façade, roof membranes, signage, and doors. It also included reviewing engineering documents such as material submittals, method statements, ITPs, RFIs, and subcontractor pre-qualifications. The position required coordination with clients, contractors, and suppliers on technical matters, preparing reports for clients like Aspire, Supreme Committee, and FIFA. Responsibilities also included attending joint site walkthroughs, overseeing fire engineering aspects, inspecting and approving critical site installations, and managing NCRs and SONs to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

I managed the site supervision team to ensure strict adherence to project specifications and timelines. I coordinated closely with designers to address and resolve any site installation issues promptly. Additionally, I identified and documented architectural violations on-site, taking necessary steps for corrective action.
