A permanent blast-resistant building structure to withstand significant explosions and oil spill to protect personnel and equipment within the oil refineries vicinity. Responsibilities included:
•To attend technical meeting with the consultant and the client discussing technical aspect of the project and prepare minutes of meeting.
•To prepare shop drawing in reference to the IFC for submission to the consultant for approval and approval.
•To proposed / submit material for architectural / civil installation subject for consultant review and approval.
•Site supervision for the architectural / civil installation and coordination to the supervision consultant.
•To prepare technical queries when dispute arise versus IFC and actual site installation.
•To facilitate and closure of site installation issues as raised through NCR (Non-Conformance Report) / SON (Site Observation Notice)

Various above-mentioned projects are under the administration system through the project management division of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center. Responsibilities included:
•To assist site investigation attributed to the conceptual design and to the final design development.
•To assess design development following the standards according to the local code up to the international specifically the life safety aspect of the project.
•Attending coordination meeting to the allied services (Civil / structural, MEP, & etc.)for their inputs.
•Periodic site visit with hospital stakeholder demonstrating technical side of the visited project as it progressed.
•Safety monitoring to ensure that construction is compliance with construction safe standard.
