Detail job requirements for scaffold projects, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for capital expenditures, and coordinate material procurement with the procurement team.

Preparation work packs as per the AFC approvals from client.
Involve in information gathering about the project, scope of work for the allotted tender, going through
the specification in detail to gather all the details like materials required and application method
applicable to the project and arranging for the site visits, if required.
Presently responsible for preparing Scaffolding work packs based on the in-house requirements for each
project and
Daily Monitoring the progress and productivity for every project and reporting the same to the higher
Management.
Providing Access solutions to the Fabrication, marine, hookup & commissioning team at Onshore

Estimation of man-hours for new project and supporting the bidding team for bidding new projects
Preparation of Scaffold designs for special scaffold requirements.
Preparation of material & manpower forecast for future projects.
