# Main contract administration and subcontracts drafting & negotiation, finalizing and administration; Subcontract tender document preparation, evaluation of tenders/proposals from subcontractors and make recommendations to PM accordingly.
# Identify, initiate and settle claims arising from discrepancy between tender issue technical documents and construction issue technical documents, differing site conditions etc.
# Evaluation and assessing of variations in terms of cost and impact on time; New rates composition;
# Anti-claim and claim settlements with subcontractors
# Project budget preparation, analysis and cost control during execution of the project to ensure cost does not exceed a tight budget; Produce monthly project financial report;
# Produce cash flow forecast and manage the cash flow of the entire project, including payments to suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare Interim Payment Application (IPA).

• Project Engineer in a 11km sewerage pipeline EPC (Engineering, Procuremnt & Construction)
project (consisting of 10km land section and 1km offshore section and main road crossing) that

subcontractors (tunneling, offshore piping) bidding invitation and tender evaluation;

Main contractor Civil engineer in a mega industrial EPC project(20 no. of 10, 000t capacity reinforced concrete grain silos, a ship unloading terminal, a working tower and its ancillary facilities ) with a focus on coordination with MEP team
