Developed the student exchange program and currently managing it.
I design and deliver Business English courses for individual and corporate clients. All lessons are customized according to clients' needs.
In addition, I'm teaching intensive English courses in the morning and evening program as well as IELTS preparation courses
My client was the Corporate Development Department at The General Civil Aviation Authority where I worked with them on Project Portfolio Management. Duties included: training project managers and teams on processes & procedures. Coordinating between internal stakeholders and vendors. Consolidating and presenting reports to higher management.
• Managed 90 sponsored students’ scholarships throughout their study period in the United States
• Visited universities across the United States to establish good business relationships.
• Optimized external relations: developed communications including social media, electronic and print literature; coordinated outreach and social events
• Organized -alongside the PR team, Masdar Institute’s student conference at the UAE Embassy in February 2011.
• Identified problems in existing internal process and developed solutions aimed at creating uniform control systems that reduce cost and time
• Led teams focused on implementing changes in the internal process management systems
• Represented the Cultural Division and the Embassy at the National Association for Foreign Student Affairs Conference in Houston, TX. The Conference & Expo had 8, 000 participants.
• Initiated and assumed position of Editor in Chief for the quarterly student newsletter. Planned, coordinated, wrote and designed the newsletter that reaches over 1500 UAE sponsored students
• Drafted amendments and extensions of privately-funded contracts for attorney review
• Provided contract training to TIS staff across several regions
• Gathered, updated, and disseminated standard contract forms, clauses, and models
• Assisted in the processing of contract-related invoices, and kept record of funds spent under individual contracts
• Maintained up-to-date spreadsheets of non-real estate contracts & delegations of authority- using SharePoint
• Edited training manuals that are turned into a computerized program.

- Administered SAT, GRE, TOEFL, CMA, and other tests.
I am currently enrolled in the program, expected graduation date is May 2009. I am focusing my studies on Organizational communication and Public Relations.
