Inside Sales:
Handling Enquirer’s (Preparing Quotation & Technical Offer, Following up with customer, Answering to their TQ)
Server high value clients like Saudi ARAMCO, SAIBC, SESCO, BAPCO, Dubai Petroleum Etc..
Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services.
Responsible to generate qualified leads, Preparation & submission of Commercial / Technical BID, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders.
Responsible as Vendor Registration and Prequalification Officer. I am the first point of contact and over-all in charge to meet registration/prequalification requirements .
Responsible for customer analysis to create applications that respond to customer needs and provide innovative solutions to common problems.
Responsible for providing financial reporting, trending data.
Application:
Procurement Activities (Sending enquires to Supplier, Suppler Evaluation and Selection as per QMS, Issuing/closing PO’s, Following up with suppliers for timely delivery).
A strongly understanding of industry and government standards likes, SAES, SAES, ASTM, ASME, API, NEMA, UL
Valuating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
Responsible to collect and analyses data and information in order to estimate costs associated with manufacturing a product. Works proactively towards cost target objectives and raw material calculation in collaboration with others.
Responsible to develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
Responsible for designing, developing and implementing plan of action and applications.
Responsible for working closely with cad operators for drawings, Production/Assembly Team on Technical Issues to meet customer requirements.
Handling all the projects management’s activities, customer related correspondences, approvals, convey/coordination with particular dept., planning production, delivery, invoicing, follow up for the payment.
Providing all kinds of technical support, demonstrate and correspond project enquiry promptly to customer.
Ensure delivery of quality goods and in timely manner (or as scheduled) with projects budgeted cost.
Handling all the Project management’s activities for awarded projects.
Entering into the SAP system to book the sales order.
Communicating with client to designing substation in all parameters as per STD.
Preparation of Technical particulars for in house item & out house (trading item).
Sending enquires to approve vendors for outhouse item & finalizing the offer. Identify suppliers capable of meeting companies requirements looking e.g. at pricing and maintain communication with client.
Working with system data on actual purchases, identify value opportunities, develop tactical plans to capture value, align with partner strategies and apply local/regional supply agreements. Report the value captured within the Total Procurement Benefits database. Provide improvements to existing work-process.
