Achieving Target Within The deadline Criteria.
A) Scheduling Meetings With The Person In Charge For Corporates (CFO):
• Presenting The Bank's Products To Clients Whether Loans And Credit Cards (NBE Customers, Clubs Members, Police And Army Officers, etc…) Through Phone Calls And Scheduling Meetings At Their Premises.
• Implementing All The Bank's Procedures For The Clients (Corporate And Individuals).
B) Coordinate Documents:
• Checking All The Documents Received From The Clients With The Coordinator Department Management.
• Sending All The Required Documents To The Risk Department Management To Be Checked And Validated.
• Sending The Credit Cards To The Clients Via The Courier Company To Their Destination.
C) Customer Care Services:
• Providing After Sales Services, Handling And Solving Client's Problems With Complete Satisfaction.
