• Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
• Responsible for insuring the “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show;
responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an
awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property.
• Knowledgeable of current market conditions.
• Preparing New & Renewal of Contracts, Ejari/ Follow up on renewal of contract
• Receiving cheques & follow up on Bounced payments
• Settle tenant’ complaints with tack and diplomacy. Follow up & Handling tenant complains in regards to maintenance and cleaning issues
• Preparing & sending quotations to new tenants who enquire for accommodation
• Prepare monthly reports in regards to renewal, new tenants & others
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and overall management of the office policies, & procedures.
• Attending meetings with clients in regards to accommodation issues and requirement
• Checking in/out guests, assign rooms and issue room keys.
• Dealing with housekeeping department to know whether rooms are ready for occupation.
• Note requests to transport arrangements and other general enquiries.
• Settle guests’ complaints with tack and diplomacy.
• Settle bill payments and expenses quickly and accurately for guests; maintain a safe deposit box.
• Dealing with reservation.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and overall management of the office policies, & procedures.
• Support leasing team.
• Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
• Count and verify cash, shift activity, keys, gift certificates, and wireless internet cards with departing shift.
• Complete shift audits as required.
• Print updated in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports every two hours pending activity.
• Check telephone interfaces throughout shift.
• Check all unresolved departures.
• Review service requests for arrivals.
• Ensure front desk is stocked with any items guests may require before housekeeping leaves for the day.
• Write all wake-up call requests on specified form and enter on switchboard.
• Complete in-house bucket check.
• Complete welcome calls.
• Clean and tidy front desk area.
