JOB DUTIES:

* Handling HR and administrative duties as required.

* On boarding new employees, Induction and training of new team members.

* Maintain the employee database and to keep it up to date.

* Manage time and attendance system and process leave application.

* Handling petty cash.

* Processing employee’s payroll.

* Advising on pay and other remuneration.

* Undertaking regular salary reviews.

* Managing and Leading a team of 5 Recruitment resourcers covering multiple disciplines across the UK and EMEA.

* Ensure that resourcing team understand and meet their individual and team targets.

* Managing Key Accounts across the UK and Middle east.

* Daily interaction with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

* Allocate requirements within the team where necessary.

* Provide monthly reporting to management on individual and team Performances against targets.

* Ongoing Performance and Target management.

* Ongoing coaching and mentoring.

* Supplying market leading candidates to our clients for contract and permanent placements.

* Assessing candidate’s experience, qualification, skills and abilities in order to match them with our current jobs.

* Initial telephonic or Skype interview.

* Short listing best matching candidates.

* Maintain on time delivery of work to clients.

* Making excel sheet of daily activity for clients and management.

* Effectively manage and update internal database with new candidates.
