Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
 Dishing out the food for buffet functions.
 Working according to the HACCP standards.
 Giving instructions to the Internship trainees.
 Taking stock of ingredients and placing order.
 En forcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
 Supporting to other kitchens when they get busy.
 Support to the CDP/senior in the daily operation and work.
 Work according to the instructions of senior chefs in the operation.
 Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel Control food
stock and food cost in his section.
 Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections.
