Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning, directing and coordinating different aspects of the operating area.
Making sure that operations run smoothly and according to company policy.
Managing the daily office operations of employees.
Directing all phases of projects.
Defining clear targets and objectives and communicating them to other team members.
Monitoring timelines and flagging potential issues to be addressed.
Ensuring that employees are properly compensated and continue to meet the needs of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for cheque encashment, savings deposits, withdrawals, etc.
In charge of issuing negotiable items like cashier’s checks, traveler’s cheques, money orders, drafts, etc.
Deal with transactions related to business referrals like trust, insurance.
Promote products and services of the banks like loans or any other schemes, mortgages, etc.
Handle the customer basic inquiries and resolve the customer issues or guide them.
B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Statistics and Mathematical Finance (Specializing in Mathematical Finance) - University of Colombo, Faculty of Science.
