• Supervise operation and maintenance activates of power generation, transmission and distribution system consist of 6x160MW gas turbine generators, 400&132KV network, main 400/132KV and 132/33Kv substations.
• Plan and organize the work schedule of the electrical maintenance department daily and periodically upon production and maintenance polices.
• Supervise that project rules, procedures and programs followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in National Iranian Gas Company industrial procedures and policies.

• Manage that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
• Involved in the hiring on key-position personnel considering company advance program and assist training department for training program to fill full new incomer skills. Have deep knowledge of Mainta and IFS Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

• Obtain that availability and sustainability of Electrical system is at highest level as possible trough out of technical reports and continuous improvement towards current best practices based on defined KPIs.
• Integration of operation and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets so that common work between these group trades could be managed jointly via operation superintendent closely working with the teams.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day maintenance and commissioning service in a cost effective way, and for ensuring that residents receive an excellent service.
• Give advice and assistance to Plant Managers and their staff on maintenance matters as requested drawing, when necessary, upon the technical resources and expertise of specialist engineers. Operation and Maintenance Acting as Head of Electrical maint -Development and execution of the facility and equipment maintenance strategies.
• Contribute to develop and manage inspection and maintenance strategies.
• Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.
• Support problem solving by providing advice or guidance for ongoing troubleshooting or new installations.
• Supervise down time of the maintenance hourly team optimized so that productivity can be increased and improved.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program is developed and followed and that cost targets are within budget.
• Completion of several modifications on electrical systems to improve reliability and stability of production for power generation, UPS, SWGR’s and also modify Preventive Maintenance Plan activities defined for Electrical part in terms of interval and check list to minimize maintenance cost and improving reliability.
• Coordinate the planned work of crews to ensure both maintenance and production targets are met and quality standards are adhered
• Prepare the electrical section work force, contracts and materials operating and capital budgets. Control and reviews all operating, and capital expenditures related to electrical section and reports regularly on variances.

Achievements:
• Re-ramping power generation capacity of Utilities Plant by review and troubleshooting of control system and re-start 30MW Gas turbine generator.
• Re-view and Standardized Maintenance work procedures for all Electrical activities including preventive and corrective Job Standards.
• Re-view earthing of industrial plant and lightening protection system of oil storage tanks design and implement new earthing plan and lightening arrester arrangement by ETAP software.

• Work as Electrical commissioning and maintenance supervisor of plant consisting 6x40MW gas turbine generators, utilities of oil and gas treatment refinery in Esken West.
• Supervise maintenance team to perform preventive and defective activities on equipment carried out and administrative and technical activities in the electrical maintenance section.
• Supervise that work reports are prepared for all maintenance work carried out based on procedures.
• Provide opportunities for training and development of employees under supervision and assesses their progress.
• Attend monthly management meeting to review inducted activities and plan for next coming period within budget limit and production/maintenance targets.
• Follow that adequate provision made for the availability of spare parts and materials for all electrical maintenance work. This includes the periodic review of store stock holding, the identification and ordering of direct materials and the preparation of financial justification.

Achievements:
• Increased power generation capacity of Utilities Plant by review and troubleshooting of control system and re-start 30MW Gas turbine generator.
• Re-Scheduling Preventive Maintenance Plan for main electrical transformer and SWBD’s base on vendor advice and background performance.

• Work as Electrical commissioning and maintenance supervisor of gas treatment plant, consists 4x30MW gas turbine generators, 2-x4.5MVA diesel generator and 12 power stations. Plan and supervise the administrative and technical activities in the electrical maintenance section leader for group of 35 engineers and skilled technicians.
• Supervise maintenance team to perform preventive and defective activities on equipment carried out and administrative and technical activities in the electrical maintenance section.
• Supervise the electrical repairs, equipment overhaul activities carried out in the Workshop and by vendors and contractors.
• Maintenance of Gas turbine Generators (JEUMONT), Emergency Diesel Generator 6KV/4.5MVA, heavy duty Electromotor (ABB/SIEMENS) such as refrigeration compressors.
• Maintenance Gas refinery - Fault finding and troubleshooting ABB, GE and JABON switchboards, SAFT and GUTOR UPSs - SIEMENS and ABB Variable Frequency Drives.
• Review engineering document and instructions to insure provide all production requirements to achieve maximum equipment availability and finalized improvement as required trough total plant reliability team.

Achievements:
• Leader of re-design team to re calculate and configure load shedding functionality & priority table in order to make safe condition of electrical plant working with two gas turbine generators instead of three in order to eliminate mechanical and electrical aging.
• Leader of group to review and updating Electrical Safety Rule document base on new organization and work arrangement.
• Reconfigured AVR control system and re-start emergency diesel generator of 4.5MW, which had stopped since early start-up of plant.

• Work as Electrical Engineer in commissioning, start up and maintenance activities in gas refinery plants consisting 4X30MW gas turbine generators, 19MW steam turbine, 2X2.5MVA diesel generator and eight power stations by team of 45 people. The design capacity of the project is to treat the sour gas of 2000MMSFCD, 90000 Bbl. of stabilized condensate, and 400 tons/day of Granulated Sulphur.
• Participation to commissioning activities of gas & steam turbine generators, emergency diesel generators, 33/6.3/0.4 KV switchgears involved to protection and control systems as Electrical supervisor.
• Set up the safe and efficient implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, includes determining priorities, allocating work force and equipment/tools and ensuring the timely completion of jobs according to schedule and work permit.
• Supervise the repair of various equipment and personally troubleshoots major jobs, includes diagnosing faults, determining optimal procedure / equipment etc. to remedy and initiate repairs accordingly.
• Maintenance of Gas Turbine Generator (BRUSH), heavy duty Electromotor such as refrigeration compressors.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of AREVA (Alstom) and Siemens switchboards. - Chloride, SAFT and AEG UPSs - LOHER Variable Frequency Drives.
• In charge of the lock-out and isolations at all electrical sub stations corresponding to level of authorization.
• Prepare documentation regarding major repairs and overhaul of electrical machinery and equipment includes diagnostic findings and recommendations of technical modifications.
• Liaise to field engineering and craft to ensure compliance of construction drawings and specifications.

Achievements:
• Fault finding, re-arrange control system and modified Electrical Isolation System (EIS) for all eight substations in start-up stage, which prevents unexpected total blackout.
• Re-configure Uninterruptable Power Supply systems to expand plant depressurization time by enhance capacity and optimize critical load list.
• Modify and commissioning of Auto load control mode selection in order to prevent unexpected turbine trip in case of Isoch. Control mode failure.
