• Setting up the yearly target, Forecast and Budgets
• Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, production companies and all kinds of ATL & BTL activities for launching and re-launching.
• Preparing the yearly promotions per channel with coordination with the sales department
• Insuring availability and visibility at anytime and anywhere.
• Coordinate with the factories in-terms of production and shipping
• Monitoring the sales on a daily basis VS target and track consumers and market insights by reviewing the sales volume, Market share, Profit, Pricing and Distribution.
• Coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
• Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value and accessibility
• Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
• Trade visits to ensure customer and principle satisfaction.
