AIR EXPORTS
• Day to day planning, pickup of cargo between the given KPI and blocking up the space with the airlines in advance to meet the given TAT.
• Coordinating with shippers for the cargo readiness to plan the consignment on time.
• Coordinating with airport staff to handover the cargo to the airline on time.
• Quoting rates to the customer as per the Inco terms and preparing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Sending pre-alert to the consignee & to our counterpart once the shipment gets cleared.
• Have a good rapport with the Airlines for booking, rate negotiations, space and Carting order issues.
• Handled both nomination and non-nomination shipments.
• Mainly dealing with the Cargo Sales REPORT (CSR/CASS STATEMENT) of the Airlines and cross checking each and every rate executed for each Airway Bill.
• Dangerous goods export as per DG regulations.
OCEAN EXPORT AND OCEAN INBOUND CLEARANCE
• Handling complete activities for import and export.
• Routing shipments instructions to Origin office for cross trade and Import shipments.
• Follow ups for Import shipment documents and updating status of the shipment to respective customers.
• Arranging clearance and delivery once shipment reaches at destination and follows ups for prompt delivery.
• Arranging Quotes with pricing and coordinating with customer to secure required approval.
• Sending Pre Alerts with supporting docs for all shipments to respective customers for every Export and Import shipment executions.
• Arranging pick and pack from our W/H as per orders giving by customers and later will provide with complete packing details for further proceedings of the shipment.
• Consoling with all vendors shipments and Exporting as per instructions given by the customer.
• Coordinating with all vendors for correct documentation which is doing by them for Exports (Delivery Advise, Invoice, packing list etc).
• Coordinating with internal all departments for all shipments case to case for smooth operations to be done.
• Costing of files and handing over to accounts department after execution of every shipment without any delays.
• Follow ups with liners, Airlines & Transport companies for shipments arriving date and details and later will update customers regarding arrival of shipments.
• Applying COO and dealing with Legalization and attestation of shipping documents.
• Handling all kinds of personal effect cargo.
• Direct FCL Exports as well as LCL shipments.
