Developing a general plan for the functioning of the branches in terms of quality, sales and capacity.
- Follow up of public relations and sales employees on a daily and monthly basis to motivate them and
to develop daily plans to reach the desired goal.
- Follow the Crm.
- Follow up on the account of each client on a daily basis.
- Follow up on customers' complaints and solve it.
- Follow-up cold clients and reach them again.
-Follow-up of the branches' accounts and the movement of the charity and handing it over to the
accounts department.
-Follow up the maintenance of devices with the concerned department.
-Follow up the weekly inventory with the assistants of the doctor.
-Purchase of medicinal consumables.
- Kpl work for the employees of the branches to reach the best performance for the employees.
-Make a monthly schedule for female doctors.
-Assisting the Marketing Department in developing monthly offers.
- Establishing a system for the movement of workflow within the branches
-Make monthly reports
