-Perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support. Handle a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office.
-In consultation with the team, generate business documentation, including presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and distribution.
Prepare charts, compile reports as needed, and ensure that all files are complete and properly maintained.
-Perform administrative tasks based on set procedures, establish and maintain filing systems, categories and maintain manuals, invoices, manage and co-ordinate travel needs and other source data.
Provides administrative support to the management through excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to accommodate assignments and special needs of managers upon request
Plans meetings including training, conference calls, reservations, etc.
Drafts, prepares and manages correspondence, presentations, reports, etc.
Manages the hiring and onboarding process

-Facilitates annual review and update of company Policies.

updating existing invigilators on rules and regulation changes on an

-Managing the examination preparation process. This includes
preparing examination timetables for students and staff; creating
seating plans for each examination room; briefing candidates, staff and
parents; receiving, checking and securely storing confidential
examination materials; administering internal assessment etc.
-To be able to undertake maintenance duties as required improving
and supporting the safe and effective operation of the site.
Manages the hiring and onboarding process
• Monitors and reports spending against budget. Performs invoice and expense account processing in accordance with company policies and maintains documentation and reconciliation as needed
• Orders and manages office services, such as print reproduction, and supplies, insuring the necessary resources are on hand for employees within the office to effectively manage their jobs
