• Creating realistic and achievable project plan.
• Develop Request for Proposal - RFP and Request for Information - RFI
• Evaluate Project Plan, Chart, Timeline and Deliverables.
• Develop strategies to overcome project obstacles.
• Control the project budget, leading time, processes redundancies.
• Solid working knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.
• Manage Project Core Teams and diverse teams of professional.
• Negotiate project contractual terms of the project
• Assist SAP implementer collecting business requirements.
• Assist users transferring knowledge effectively to implementer consultants.
• Conduct readiness assessment, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical easy-to read and understanding manner..
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans; i.e. communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
• Review and require revision all of the project documents; business blue print, business process procedures, system realization & integration, user testing, user acceptance, user training, cutover procedure and Go Live or system run book.
• Evaluate and review system quality observations and findings.
• Keep the shareholder, project stakeholders and department heads with the status of the project progress.

Started right after graduation with BS in Computer Science with another diploma in Electronics and Computer Technology. Involving in various departments during the 10-12 years in Aramco; application development, quality assurance, procurement analysis/user requirements, computer and communication, electronic messaging projects, communication circuits technology, helpdesk services and support, internet services, call center operations, network and cabling infrastructure, technical support, project management, user support and training, units & group supervision.
