• Underwrite applicant's credit worthiness, following the credit policy, criteria and procedures.
• Validate all file application documentation, review property evaluations, title deeds and verify loan origination system data integrity.
• Work closely with operations and sales staff to provide complete applications for submission to Credit Department.
