•Troubleshooting all WAN & LAN problems for our clients.
•Taking Care of LAN and WAN administration
•Responsible for the maintenance and security of the network, servers, workstation, computers & peripherals
•Installation of Windows based operating systems, software, antivirus updates.
•Installation, configuration and maintenance of devices such as scanners, printers, network cards and associated devices.
