As a Security Team Leader I am responsible for
Security Team projects\tasks assignments
Enable the Security Team to conduct successful projects Migration\Implementation
Technical Support for the team during critical tasks
Training and knowledge transfer withing the teams
Annual technology and training planning
Monitoring the team performance and department process
Handling schedules and projects scopes with Project managers
Handling projects designs with Pre-sales and sales
Following up running Proof-Of-Concepts
Handle first level of escalation
Direct managing for mega projects
On-Spot incidents handling

Cisco IPS administration an installation
IPSec, VPNs, AAA Model (RADIUS, TACACS+), Access Lists, IOS Firewall, 802.1x
